Fierce Conversations uncovers an obsession with a “Culture of Nice” amongst full-time employees in the U.S. SEATTLE (PRWEB) MAY 20, 2019 According to new research from Fierce Conversations, the majority of U.S. employees — regardless of gender or seniority — feel they cannot share an idea, opinion or concern at work due to a fear of disrupting their role at their company.

Fierce, a training company that teaches people how to have effective conversations that boost the bottom line, surveyed more than 1,000 full-time employees across the U.S. and found that nearly 63 percent have chosen not to share a concern or negative feedback at work.
