Joe Parent

As Fierce’s Senior Master Facilitator and Development Coach, Joe embodies what it means to be Fierce. He and his highly skilled peers make sure our Fierce Conversations models and content stay accessible and meaningful for every client we work with.

Joe has spent over 30 years in organizational and individual development, driving strategic initiatives and business goals from the inside. His background spans operations, organizational effectiveness, learning systems and design, and talent acquisition, giving him a clear read on what businesses actually need, whether they’re large or small, in retail, health care, or finance. The constant across all of it: Joe gets results by developing great talent. He’s been a colleague, a coach, and a trusted confidante to people from the front lines to the boardroom.

Outside of Fierce, Joe serves on the Board of Directors for his local school district. Born and raised in Maine, he takes full advantage of the terrain to run, hike, and kayak. He spent three years “in exile” pursuing his undergraduate degree in Arizona before graduating from the University of Southern Maine. He and his wife live in Poland Spring, Maine.
