Clark is an experienced coach and facilitator with over two decades of experience in personal and leadership development. His career has focused on educating, energizing, and empowering leaders to achieve more in business and in life.
Clark blends expertise in both human performance and leadership development to help leaders and teams upgrade their performance. He holds two master’s degrees, one in exercise science from Eastern Washington University and another in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University. His experience spans construction, retail, medicine, health clubs, technology, and L&D. Before Fierce, he ran his own consultancy, working with founders, executives, and aspiring leaders at companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and eBay.
Clark believes we’re all leaders, and it’s our responsibility to discover our potential. That mindset drives how he shows up in every session: connected, engaging, and focused on unblocking leaders so they can actually achieve more, not just talk about it.
He lives in the Seattle, WA area with his wife and two daughters. When he’s not coaching or leading a workshop, you’ll find Clark working out or spending time with his family at a softball field.
