Train the Trainer Readiness Checklist2026-07-21T17:02:55+00:00

For HR & L&D Leaders at Growing Organizations

Stop Renting Expertise. Start Building It In-House.

The Train the Trainer Readiness Toolkit shows you what it actually takes to certify internal facilitators, and what it saves you when you stop paying for the same outside training year after year.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

The Outside-Facilitator Model Doesn’t Scale With You

Every region, every business unit, every new leader cohort, another invoice. Outside facilitators cost more every time you use them, and they don’t build anything that stays behind when the engagement ends. Meanwhile your L&D team is stretched thin trying to keep training consistent across the business, and leadership behavior stays inconsistent because there’s no one internally reinforcing it between sessions.

FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

We already have some exposure to modules like Accountability and Influence. Does Tier 2 still apply?2026-07-08T15:44:12+00:00

Yes — and this is an important distinction. Prior exposure is not the same as formal certification. Tier 2 ensures deeper, more consistent facilitation, updated content models, and certification to teach the two brand-new modules: EQ and Generations.

Should we start with Tier 1 or go straight to Premium?2026-07-08T15:43:54+00:00

New organizations typically start with Premium — it gives your certified facilitators the full capability from day one and avoids a second rollout conversation down the line. If your team has already completed Core, Tier 2 is the natural next phase.

When does delivery begin and how long does certification take?2026-07-08T15:43:39+00:00

Scheduling is open now. First delivery window begins June 1. Reach out and we’ll talk through the timeline that makes sense for your organization’s rollout plan.

What is the DISC add-on?2026-07-08T15:43:20+00:00

The Awareness module is an optional add-on to Tier 2 — it certifies your facilitators in DISC through Wiley. Worth discussing if behavioral awareness is already a priority for your leadership population.
