Susan Scott

Susan Scott, Founder of Fierce Inc., and best-selling author of “Fierce Conversations,” is a renowned leadership development architect and Fortune 100 speaker. With over 10,000 hours of coaching, she believes that any conversation can change a career, business, or life trajectory.

Her revolutionary communication approach supports workplace diversity, accountability, and transparency initiatives, inspiring audiences to enrich relationships and change the world one conversation at a time.

Jaime Navarro

Jaime Navarro is the Chief of Staff at Fierce. With a Masters in Business and extensive background in educating Fortune 500 brands, she brings with her over 14 years of expertise. Jaime is passionate about helping organizations and individuals have meaningful conversations that drive results.

She has a proven track record of delivering metric-driven growth plans, driving acquisition and retention strategies, and leading cross-functional teams.

Ellen Steinlein

Ellen Steinlein is the Director of Learning Transformation at Fierce, and has spent 16 years elevating the employee experience. She has worked in various public and private sector roles, championing employee engagement initiatives and providing leaders with tools to develop high-performance teams.

Most recently, Ellen brought the Fierce Conversations training series to Colorado College’s professional development program. Ellen is also a certified Wayfinder life coach and Gallup Strengths Coach.
