RONNA DETRICK

RONNA DETRICK

Senior Vice President of Learning

Ronna brings more than 20 years of experience in training, staff development, and strategic change. She has been a leader at Fierce since early 2019, and previously worked as a Master Facilitator for the company. Ronna has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communications and a Master of Art degree in Divinity/Psychology. She is a certified facilitator in all Fierce models as well as in Myers Briggs.

Prior to joining Fierce, Ronna worked in recruiting and placement, training development, and executive leadership. Her industry expertise spans small businesses, start-up/online entrepreneurs, non-profits, academics, and the Federal government. She spent 7 years working directly with the U.S. military, providing in-depth transitional consulting and professional development training to all branches of the service.

Ronna is a prolific reader, writer, and lover of good conversation with friends, family, colleagues, even total strangers. She willingly admits to being a huge fan of the thesaurus and drinking too much coffee.

MOLLY BREAZEALE

MOLLY BREAZEALE

Master Facilitator

Molly brings more than 30 years of experience of internal and external consulting experience in learning and talent development.

Prior to joining Fierce, Molly worked with organizations large and small, from Delta Airlines and Nationwide Insurance to The 1% Club. Her deep interest in learning and talent development began at a global training company, where she led a customized corporate solutions effort and co-authored Leadership Training for Managers.

When Molly isn’t facilitating Fierce program content, she’s either traveling, reading books on management, or writing. She calls Bluffton, SC her home.

LUIS GONZÁLES

LUIS GONZÁLES

Master Facilitator

Luis brings more than 25 years experience in helping improve business outcomes for global organizations via training and coaching.

Prior to joining Fierce, Luis developed and facilitated training workshops for Microsoft’s global effectiveness, intercultural communication, and other targeted training sessions to improve customer satisfaction, intercultural competency, and communications of customer support engineers working with premier Microsoft accounts in the U.S.

With more than 15 years of experience with Marriott International and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Luis brings extensive hospitality leadership experience and a keen sense of customer service. At the Ritz-Carlton, he directed the implementation of Total Quality Management strategies, helping to win the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award twice as a result.

A native English speaker, Luis also speaks Spanish fluently and is conversant in Portuguese. His passions include music of all kinds, world travel, yoga, and surfing.

JESS SERIO

JESS SERIO

Master Facilitator

Jess brings more than 10 years of experience focused on leadership, management, employee development, and team building.

Prior to joining Fierce, Jess spent time in leadership development, education, consulting and coaching roles at the University of Washington, Washington State University, University of Nevada – Las Vegas, and Drexel University.

Jess enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking in the Pacific Northwest with her partner and her dog, Levi.

PAUL STABILE

PAUL STABILE

Master Facilitator

Paul brings more than 20 years of experience in Organizational Development with a variety of organizations, domestic and global. He has worked with pre-supervisory leaders all the way up to the C-Suite, helping leaders achieve individual and organizational success.

Prior to joining Fierce, Paul held leadership positions in a variety of industries such as radio, institutional food service, and pharmaceuticals. He designed and was the main facilitator for a high-potential leadership development program for a global pharmaceutical organization, leading cohorts in the US, UK, Ireland, Belgium, India and more.

A former Vocal Performance Major, Paul enjoys all things Broadway, along with the (unfortunately, very infrequent) round of golf, and anything that allows him to gather with family and friends.

BETH WAGNER

BETH WAGNER

Master Facilitator

Beth brings more than 20 years of experience helping individuals maximize their leadership potential and propel organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Fierce, Beth worked as an OD and Learning Consultant for Delhaize Group, a global Fortune 500 company, where she provided strategic and tactical guidance to leaders in support of organization-wide change and training initiatives.

When Beth isn’t engaging others in the pursuit of personal and professional development, she spends her time as a musician and exploring the beautiful outdoors from her home in New Hampshire.
