Client Development Executive
Fierce is seeking an experienced Client Development Executive to join our team. As an individual contributor, the right candidate will forge relationships as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects to both generate new accounts and grow existing business. The Client Development Executive will use a consultative approach to identifying organizational pain points, recommending Fierce solutions and guiding the client/prospect through the buying process. The Client Development Executive will build off an existing book of business by effectively managing and growing existing accounts and continuing to add new clients to continuously build book value. The right candidate will be an expert at building product and service value with clients/prospects, have excellent business acumen and a possess a desire to continue to build their sales and leadership skills. Master Facilitator
The Master Facilitator will present the Fierce suite of offerings to audiences varying from senior executives to frontline learners across all industries and audiences in both classroom-led workshops and virtual instructor-led workshops, often in high-stakes situations. In addition, this individual will provide strategic and tactical learning consult to clients and internal and external business partners, manage certified Fierce facilitator relationships, and ensure continued success of Fierce suite of offerings through collaborative partnerships across the organization. Project Manager
The Project Manager will report to the EVP of Finance and Operations to drive continuous improvement to Fierce’s programs, products, assets, and processes. The Project Manager will serve as subject matter expert on process improvement methods and manage PMO templates and document repository, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. A successful Project Manager will infuse project management disciplines and best practices throughout the company for cross collaboration, align projects with organizational goals and overarching strategies, and provide intelligence and accountability on all projects.
